Minneapolis-based Hyde Development is pleased to announce the addition of Tim D’Angelo, SIOR as Senior Development Manager of Hyde’s Denver operations. Tim brings over 37 years of brokerage experience and a stellar reputation to the team.

Tim has sold over 2,000 acres of land and leased or sold more than 15 million square feet of industrial product throughout his career. An active member of the Denver CRE community, Tim has served as president of numerous industry organizations and is a beloved mentor to many. His expertise in the planning, development, and lease-up of large-scale industrial parks is a tremendous asset to the organization. “Tim brings an established track record in successfully identifying, and leasing up, new industrial developments. We are grateful Tim has agreed to join our team to help us continue to grow in Denver”, says CEO Paul Hyde.

Hyde Development, in partnership with Mortenson Properties Inc., entered the Denver market in 2017 with the development of 76 Commerce Center, a 1.8 million SF park in Brighton, CO. In May 2021, Hyde and Mortenson kicked off the 5.5 million SF Highpoint Elevated industrial park, beginning with the construction of a 541,840 SF spec building. As Senior Development Manager, Tim will oversee all aspects of the Highpoint and 76 Commerce Center projects, as well as identify future opportunities for growth.
