Father/son duo Mac and Paul Hyde co-founded Real Estate Recycling in 1995 to redevelop environmentally contaminated property in Minnesota. The company combined Mac’s 50 years of practice in environmental law with Paul’s interest in commercial real estate development. Following Mac’s passing and the firm’s rebranding to Hyde Development in 2012, Paul and his team have completed over 7.1 million square feet of industrial development and acquisition.
